Sierra strongly emphasizes building authentic, trusting relationships with her clients and their families. She focuses on creating a collaborative space where everyone feels supported, understood, and empowered to grow together.

Outside of her professional life, Sierra enjoys staying active through barre classes, yoga, riding bikes and hiking. Most importantly, she cherishes spending time adventuring with her daughter and husband.
