How to get Stared!

1. To get started as a client at Treehouse Therapies, begin by filling out the Google Forms sheet located on this webpage.

2. Once you’ve completed the form, be sure to submit it by clicking the button at the bottom.

3. After submitting the form, contact your child’s pediatrician to request that they send over a referral to our office, unless you’re seeking behavioral health therapy, in which case a referral is not required.

4. After we receive your referral, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your submission, and a member of our team will reach out to you once the referral has been processed.
