Treehouse Therapies accepts cash, personal checks, money orders, and all major credit and debit cards. You may pay your bill by phone or in person by visiting the front desk at our McVey or Billadeau locations.

Please be sure to call your health insurance plan administrator or medical network before your visit with us to verify the visit will be covered and that there are no limitations. Treehouse will verify this information prior to your visit, however eligibility will be determined at the time of service. Billing@treehousetherapies.com email is checked weekly on Monday, for more urgent matters, please call our office directly. Please call our main Treehouse phone number if you need to discuss personal medical information, as not all email domains are HIPAA secure. PLEASE REMEMBER it is your responsibility to coordinate insurance benefits if there is more than one insurance to be billed. If this is not done, you could be responsible for unexpected out of pocket costs.
