Courtney Coleman

Peer Support Specialist

Courtney is a special-needs parent and professional whose life and education have been driven by her passion to serve others. A native Californian, she found her way to the PNW after attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison on a Softball scholarship and then transferring to Linfield University to finish her bachelor’s in Social and Behavioral Science. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in Adaptive Physical Education and has been inspired by her daughter and all the special children she’s been surrounded by on their journey.

She understands firsthand the struggles and challenges that families face when attempting to find resources and support for their complex children. In her free time, Courtney loves being outside, playing baseball, camping, gardening, and her favorite activity: spending time with her family, both human and furry.
