Lauren is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified attachment therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She is known for her integrative and effective therapeutic style, drawing from modalities such as Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, somatic and experiential therapies, Mindfulness and Jungian approaches. Her work focuses on helping clients uncover root patterns, build self-understanding, and move toward greater balance and self-acceptance. Lauren’s orientation and methods help children and families communicate more effectively, reduce behavioral challenges, promote flexibility and mutual understanding between parent and child.

Lauren specializes in trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), perinatal mood disorders, attachment issues, ADHD, relationship challenges, anger, and addiction. Her style is direct, compassionate, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s personal journey.
Outside her practice, Lauren is playful, authentic, and committed to personal growth. She centers herself through writing, travel, nature, cooking, and bodybuilding, and she values caring for her mind, body, and spirit. As a mother of two boys, she embraces continual learning and the imperfect beauty of life. She is an avid traveler and art collector, drawing inspiration from her time in Spain, Big Sur, and Morocco. Her interests also include altered states of consciousness and culturally responsive care.
Lauren hopes to bring her curiosity, wisdom, and love of life into every therapeutic relationship she builds.
