Meet Cat Bowen, CSWA
Cat Bowen, CSWA earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Portland State University. She has lived in Central Oregon for 12 years and enjoys reading, spending time with her cat, and being near the water.
At Treehouse Therapies, Cat works with children, teens, and families using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. Her practice is rooted in attachment theory, with an emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and somatic practices to help young people develop emotional awareness, coping skills, and deeper connections with caregivers. Cat is passionate about fostering confidence and self-esteem to support children and adolescents in thriving.
