Meet Kady Stafford, LPC-Associate

Kady Stafford received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Counseling from Boise State University. She has been working as a school counselor for the past 6 years at both middle and high school levels. She has a passion for working with teens, adolescents and children. Kady believes that every individual has the ability to grow, move forward and reach their full potential. In her practice she strives to nurture and develop a relationship that encourages people to share or discover their truest self. Her work is rooted in Person Centered theory and can include strategies or techniques from other orientations such as Dialectic Behavior Therapy.
When she isn’t working Kady enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dogs.
